Chamber members are invited to submit items for publication in Chamber Notes. Information about expansions, location changes, grand openings, ribbon-cuttings, business-related awards or other considerable recognition for innovative services or products would be appropriate submissions. Items may be edited for clarity and length. Priority will be given to an item’s timeliness and to the date it is submitted. Due to space considerations, items may be held for later publication provided they remain timely. The newsletter is printed quarterly in March, June, September and December.
Deadline: February 16 for items in the March 2012 edition.

The Dundalk Chamber of Commerce made a sizable donation of non-perishable food items to the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center Emergency Food Closet just in time for the upcoming Holidays.
We collected food in November for the Thanksgiving holiday, so I sent out a challenge to the membership for the Christmas holidays. I’m so happy to say, you came through again!!
The photo below was taken the morning Beth Rosborough from Johns Hopkins Bayview Community Relations came for the pickup. I think we had double the amount of food this time!
I want to say “Thank You” to everyone who donated. A super big “Thank You” to Thompson Automotive Group and The Community College Baltimore County who dropped off large donations.
As we celebrate this holiday season with our family and friends, we can pause to remember we have made it possible for someone we don’t know to have a warm meal because we cared!!!

Dear Members,
In November we collected non-perishable food items for the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center Emergency Food Closet. This was just in time for Thanksgiving. Beth Rosborough, a representative from Hopkins Community Relations department graciously picked up all our donations. This was our first time collecting and I thought we made a good donation.
Well, the Holidays are quickly coming, and we would like to challenge you again. Please bring you non-perishable food items to the Dundalk Chamber office, in Dundalk Florist greenhouse. There will be big boxes to drop your donations in. Even though I am only here 3 days a week, the office is open 7 days a week, because Dundalk Florist is open 7 days a week, makes it really easy to donate!!!
Let's do it again!!

The Dundalk Chamber of Commerce has moved. The new address is 7233 German Hill Road, Dundalk, MD, 21222. The office is located inside Dundalk Florist. With the new location, the Chamber is also pleased to announce the new Office Manager, Dotty Cristy. Dotty will be in the office Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
